Unique facilities
The U Spa offers unique facilities within its 750m2 sanctuary: a large fifteen by six meter swimming pool, a new water trail experience –the first of its kind in Paris-, separate ladies’ and gentlemen’s steam baths, sauna, eight treatment rooms one of which dedicated exclusively to balneotherapy, as well as a fifty m2 workout room fitted with the latest in weight training and cardio fitness equipment.

The U Spa of the Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière has the exclusive use of the prestigious Japanese cosmetic brand Sensaï by Kanebo International. Over the years, this line of beauty products has created a unique world of well-being, delicacy, elegance and serenity. Centered on these key elements and inspired by Japanese beauty ideals, the Sensaï products owe their exceptional qualities to premium silk – Koishimaru silk - , high quality natural ingredients, combined with the latest in treatment techniques and research. A wide choice of Sensaï treatments for both men and women –face and body-, is available, each targeting specific skincare needs, with a unique sensorial approach. Blending traditional oriental massage practices such as shiatsu (pressure points) with occidental techniques, Sensaï treatments also encompass methods such as aromatherapy and vitamin therapy. Mon Soin du Visage
As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainable development, the Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière also offers the all-natural and exclusive ingredients skincare line Mon Soin du Visage. Mon Soin du Visage, dedicated to well-being, nature and the protection of the environment, creates luxurious products with organic ingredients. The products are free from all chemical preservatives and are biodegradable. Mon Soin du Visage has also chosen recyclable glass for all skincare product containers and vegetable ink for all its packaging. Mon Soin du Visage draws the inspiration for its creative products from traditional Japanese medical fundamentals blended with French savoir-faire in the aromatic and perfume industries. The essences, the cleansers, the tonic sprays and the moisturizers maximize the benefits of sake and wasabi, the virtues of yuzu and the unique properties of vinegar, seaweed and rice bran for the skin.
