L’Occitane reveals the scents and Mediterranean way of life through its product lines, facial and body care, skin and room fragrances.
The products are developed from slight changes and variations of essential oils and ingredients like lavander, verbena or honey.
A few years ago, l’Occitane decided to continue to write its story with the creation of a Spa Hotel in its brand name, thus Couvent des Minimes and the one in Paris (December 2008).
The brand has already developed several spas abroad (Brazil,China, Portugal).
The thinking behind l’Occitane's treatments is defined by Jean Louis Pierrisnard (Director of R & D l’Occitane) as a hallmark for ingredients whose quality and traceability are of an extremely high order.
Of natural origins and developed for the greatest pleasure of the guests, the honey, verbena, lemon and lavender from the estate will be combined with the talent of the therapists at the Spa for a veritable "reconditioning".
The use of shea butter from the cooperatives of the women of Burkina illustrates l’Occitane's commitment to the Fair trade movement.

Nestled on the hillside and drenched in Provençal sunshine, the Minim convent was first home to nuns before being converted into an upscale hotel. Protected from the Mistral wind by the Volx Rock, this building dating back to 1613 is a successful fusion of medieval architecture and contemporary design.
