Superior Rooms - Sixteen clusters of two-storey buildings of southern Thai style architecture, containing four rooms. Each air-conditioned room has 48 sq. metres of living space with polished teak wood floor, rich Thai cotton upholstery, bamboo curtains, and original paintings from local artists. The bedrooms with king size or twin beds open onto a large balcony equipped with wooden furniture and a cooling overhead fan. The adjacent large bathroom includes bath tub, separate walk-in shower and toilets. Other features include personal safe, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, remote control satellite TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, mini bar, cotton bathrobe and slippers.

Deluxe Room - Stunning views of Ba Kan Tiang bay and beach, each air-conditioned deluxe room is equipped with king size bed. The room has more than 70 sq. metres of living space and offers refined Thai style interior design. The large bathroom features a bath tub overlooking the bay, separate walk-in shower and toilets. Other features include a personal safe, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, satellite remote control TV, CD/DVD mini sound system, hairdryer, clothes line, refrigerator, mini bar, cotton bathrobes and slippers.

One-bedroom Suite - Superb views of Ba Kan Tiang bay and beach. Pavilion Suites measure 110 sq. metres and include a separate lounge equipped with CD/DVD player with outside wooden sun deck overlooking the bay. They also feature a private miniature garden with ferns and tropical plants. A corridor leads into the bedroom and the bathroom. In the oversized bathroom is a bath tub overlooking another secluded manicured garden which is also equipped with an open air shower.

Two-bedroom Suite - Superb views of Ba Kan Tiang bay and beach. Pavilion Two-bedroom Suites measure 170 sq. metres and include a separate lounge equipped with CD/DVD player with outside wooden deck overlooking the bay. They also feature a private miniature garden with ferns and tropical plants. A corridor leads into the bedroom and the bathroom. In the oversized bathroom is a bath tub overlooking another secluded manicured garden, which is also equipped with an open air shower. All suite master bedrooms are equipped with a King size bed; in the Pavilion Two-bedroom Suites, the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and also feature a second oversized bathroom of the same design. The second bedroom is well detached from the main building and therefore offers complete privacy to its occupants.

One-bedroom Beach Villa - These villas measure 170 sq. metres. As well as air-conditioning, they have TV and CD/DVD set in the living room and an outdoor terrace. The large bathroom overlooks a miniature garden with an outdoor shower. The guests of each of these villas share a 55 sq. metre swimming pool with an outdoor sala adjacent to the pool. NOTE: All four of these villas can be booked together and provide the privacy of an ideal private "estate" for a large party of 12-14 persons.

Two-bedroom Beach Villa - These villas measure 350 sq. metres. As well as air-conditioning, they have two large bedrooms each with a TV and two large bathrooms with outdoor bath tub. An open air living and dining room equipped with TV and CD/DVD, kitchen facilities and an outdoor terrace. Each of each of these villas has a 35 sq. metre private infinity edge swimming pool to enjoy.

Three-bedroom Beach Villa - Known as 'The Chairman's Villa', this villa measures 600 sq. metres. It also contains three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a TV set, three large bathrooms with outdoor bath tub, kitchen facilities and an air-conditioned living and dining room equipped with TV and CD/DVD set. There is also a 45 sq. metre private infinity edge swimming pool, outdoor terrace and outdoor sala area.
