The Hotel : 1950’s architecture. A symbol of French refinement and Moroccan hospitality since 1966. 150 Rooms, 35 m² balcony included including 15 luxury apartments from 75 to 85 m² balcony included and bungalow from 45 to 70 m² on the swimming pool, all renovated in 2005.
The Palace : Oriental Architecture of the ancient Palaces, 10 types Suites from 70 to 210 m² terrace included. 92 Suites including 52 Junior Suites, 17 Executive Suites, 15 Deluxe/Superior Suites, 8 Ksars Poolside Villas. Swimming pool 2400 m². 300 m² are heated during the winter season.
The Villas : 10 individual villas (110 to 200 m²) based on special Oriental architectural themes. They are situated in their own beautiful exotic gardens (grounds totalling 400 m² to 1 200 m²), and each is provided with a swimming pool (30 to130 m²) which is heated in the winter season.
