Les Sources de Caudalie is a delightful hotel in Martillac, set among the 'Graves de Bordeaux' Grand Cru vineyards of the Gironde in south-west France and just a few minutes' drive from the city of Bordeaux. There is no word in English for 'Caudalie'. Nor does Les Sources de Caudalie have any equivalent! It is a unique concept that brings together the sophistication of the grape, the art of haute cuisine, the Grand Cru Château Smith Haut Lafitte and thermal springs.
